Beca disegna il ricamo del tuo logo, tratto per tratto, donandogli un’estetica professionale e ad alta qualità. Il disegno viene poi trasferito in produzione, assieme all'abbigliamento scelto, dove le macchine da ricamo Tajima di ultima generazione, producono punto per punto il tuo abbigliamento ricamato con la massima qualità possibile.
L'abbigliamento viene, in fine, pulito, stirato e piegato con cura, per poi essere spedito, via Posta o DHL.
Il primo passo per creare un design di alta qualità è quello di avere un ricamo di alta qualità. Per ottenere un ricamo di alta qualità bisogna conoscere alcuni vincoli che la tecnica del ricamo ha per sua natura:
I singoli tratti devono avere uno spessore di almeno 1mm e le lettere non possono essere più piccole di 4mm. I colori non possono essere più di 12. Non si possono fare sfumature. NON temere, il tuo disegno sarà analizzato da professionisti e nel caso siano necessari degli adattamenti, sarai contattato e informato.
Il tuo ricamo lo puoi posizionare quasi dove vuoi. Chiaramente non è possibile ricamare su zip e bottoni.
Le posizioni classiche sono: zona cuore, schiena altezza scapole, manica altezza spalla.
Ogni tuo disegno puoi utilizzarlo su tutti i capi che desideri, senza costi aggiuntivi. Penseremo noi ad adattarlo ai vari tessuti con la massima professionalità ed esperienza. Inoltre, se ti registri come cliente, i tuoi disegni saranno salvati nella tua pagina cliente e potrai riutilizzarli senza costi aggiuntivi.
Non c’è nessun minimo quantitativo di ordine. Il costo per prodotto però scende in maniera importante dopo i 10pz. È consigliato, se possibile, comandare più prodotti nello stesso ordine.
Il prezzo è influenzato dal numero di punti del ricamo e dal numero di pezzi da ricamare. Per controllare il costo del tuo ordine devi diminuire le dimensioni del ricamo e/o, se possibile, riunire i vari acquisti in un unico ordine.
Se crei una pagina cliente, i tuoi ordini e i tuoi loghi vengono salvati in un nostro database. I tuoi dati sono tenuti al sicuro e rimangono di tua proprietà. Puoi rifare un ordine identico oppure puoi riutilizzarli ogni volta che vuoi, puoi cambiare colori, dimensioni e posizioni, senza pagare alcun costo aggiuntivo. Se volessi avere il tuo file ricamo puoi chiederlo via email.
Il lavaggio dei capi d’abbigliamento è indicato nella descrizione del prodotto, che trovi dopo aver cliccato sul prodotto desiderato.
Il lavaggio del ricamo invece non necessita di alcuna cura particolare. I filati che usiamo resistono a lavaggi, asciugature e stirature nel tempo, senza perdere la loro forma e il loro colore.

These General Terms and Conditions of Business of Beca Shop by Beca Ferretti SA as the seller and you as the customer apply to all orders in the Beca online shop (www.becashop.ch) as well as to those purchases for which Beca Shop declares these General Terms and Conditions to be applicable.
Scope
The GTC apply to all services provided by Beca Shop in the online shop (www.becashop.ch) and become valid upon conclusion of a contract. The deliveries, services and offers of Beca Shop are exclusively based on these GTC, even if they are not expressly agreed again. By sending an order to Beca Shop, you confirm that you have read these GTC and expressly agree to them.
Conclusion of a contract
All information on goods and prices within the ordering process is subject to change and non-binding. Orders are binding for customers. Accordingly, orders can neither be changed nor cancelled. Customers receive a non-binding confirmation from the seller for orders. The contract with the seller only comes into effect with the notification of dispatch. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aware of the scope and content of your order. Questions in this connection can therefore be clarified with us in advance.
Delivery
Goods are always delivered by post or courier. The delivery time in Switzerland is usually 5 to 12 working days, unless otherwise stated for the respective product. This information is without guarantee. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time depends on the recipient's location. In the EU, we ship our shipments DDP which means that there are no additional fees/customs charges for the customer. For other shipping locations abroad, additional taxes and customs duties may be incurred at the border, which are generally to be borne by the customer.
If the sender does not provide the correct address or an address where the post office cannot locate the person, then the return costs charged by the post office must be borne by the customer.
If an item in the range is exceptionally not available, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail. As a matter of principle, Beca Shop reserves the right to make a partial delivery if this appears to be conducive to the efficient processing of the overall delivery. Of course, in such cases, no additional shipping costs will be charged for the subsequent delivery.
Prices
All prices on www.becashop.ch are not inclusive of VAT (currently 7.7%) and exclusive of shipping costs. The effective shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket before the order is completed. Beca Shop has the express right to adjust the prices shown online at any time without notice and without further explanation. For the calculation of the prices, the time of the order on the website applies.

Terms of payment
The following payment options are available to you:
Purchase on account (we reserve the right to carry out a credit check), Paypal, credit card (via SIX payment sevices).
In the case of purchase on account, the invoiced amount must be paid to the account stated on the invoice by the due date stated on the invoice form (usually 14 days) at the latest.
If you do not meet your payment obligation, you will be in default upon expiry of the payment deadline set for you without further reminder and will have to pay default interest of 8%. Beca Shop is entitled to charge a reminder fee of up to CHF 20.00 per payment reminder as well as other fees, in particular the costs of any debt collection proceedings.
The customer agrees that Beca Shop may at any time grant third parties involved in checking the customer's creditworthiness and collecting the purchase access to the customer's personal data resulting from the business relationship, including all payment experiences from the order process. The customer is entitled to revoke his aforementioned consent in writing at any time. The data on a data subject transmitted by the customer in the context of an enquiry will be stored in a database for the operation of the credit agency and to ensure the accuracy of the data.
Retention of title; set-off; right of retention
(1) In the case of consumers, we retain title to the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full. If you are an entrepreneur in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve title to the purchased item until all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the customer have been settled. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties.
(2) You shall only have a right of set-off if your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed or acknowledged by us. Furthermore, you only have a right of retention if and insofar as your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
(3) If the customer is in default with any payment obligations towards us, all existing claims shall become due immediately.
Warranty
Defective goods must be reported in writing to the company address within 10 days of delivery or after the occurrence of the damage, otherwise the warranty claim will lapse. The warranty claim is valid from the date of delivery. It expires in the event of improper use or natural wear and tear. Beca Shop reserves the right to decide individually in the event of a warranty claim. The guarantee and warranty is excluded for articles that have been declared as outlet goods.
Minor model deviations
It happens that the design of individual articles changes slightly. Naturally, Beca Shop cannot accept any liability for such modifications made by manufacturers and suppliers.
Care/Handling
Beca Shop accepts no liability for the customer's misconduct in the care and/or handling of the articles supplied.
Data protection
Beca Shop undertakes to process your customer data carefully and to observe the provisions of the relevant data protection legislation. In particular, no data will be passed on to third parties. However, no liability can be accepted for the security of data transmitted via the Internet.
Marketing
Beca Shop reserves the right to reuse the e-mail address and telephone number provided when placing an order for its own marketing purposes (newsletter & other). You can opt out of this by sending a personal e-mail to info@becashop.ch.
Reviews of products
Beca Shop can sends e-mails after the purchase, which invite customers to review the purchased products. BecaShop reserves the right to use these and all other reviews (without e-mail request) for marketing purposes.
Vouchers
Personal vouchers that have only been created for a specific person or for a specific group may not be passed on and may only be redeemed by persons authorised by Beca Shop. Beca Shop reserves the right to cancel any unauthorised orders without comment. Only one discount code may be used per order.
Liability in general
It is hereby expressly pointed out that no liability claims can be asserted against Beca Shop for indirect damage or consequential damage of the customer, insofar as there is no damage caused by Beca Shop intentionally or through gross negligence. In particular, damages resulting from accidents, etc. which occur from the handling of hardware (bags, etc.) are your own responsibility.

Applicable law/place of jurisdiction
In any case, the relationship between you and Beca Shop is subject to Swiss law in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB). The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland. The application of the provisions of the Vienna Sales Convention ("United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods") is expressly excluded.
